Remove a custom domain

Team admins (`team.manage`). The routers stop serving it with the next route delta; the edge object, the certificate and an uploaded certificate's Secret are pruned by the next domain reconcile.

Team admins (`team.manage`). Drops the uploaded certificate and switches to `tls.mode` `automated`.
