Ownership transfers of a workspace

`workspace.view`. The pending transfer (at most one) and, with `include_closed`, the accepted, declined and cancelled ones, newest first.

Who has access to a workspace

`workspace.view` (the *Access* tab). Every team member and organization owner with their inherited role, plus explicit roles; `role` is the effective one (an explicit role can raise the inherited one, never lower it). The creator and the owner are marked.

Remove a member from an organization, or leave it

Organization owners (`org.members`) remove anyone; every member may remove themselves (leave). The user also leaves the organization's teams, loses their workspace roles there, and their workspaces there wait for a new owner; when it was their last organization, their Git connections are deleted. 409 `last-owner`, and `last-admin` when the user is the last admin of one of its teams.
