Remove a member from an organization, or leave it
Organization owners (`org.members`) remove anyone; every member may remove themselves (leave). The user also leaves the organization's teams, loses their workspace roles there, and their workspaces there wait for a new owner; when it was their last organization, their Git connections are deleted. 409 `last-owner`, and `last-admin` when the user is the last admin of one of its teams.
