Delete a secret

Removes every revision of the key. Needs `landscape.manage` on the workspace that uses the vault.

The server's version

Works without credentials. `hart` compares `api_version` with the version it was generated from and warns about a skew; every API response also carries the header `Harthelm-Version: <version>`.

Generate a secret

Stores a new revision with a random value that satisfies the password policy (crypto/rand); the value is not returned. Needs `landscape.manage` on the workspace that uses the vault.
