hart keep-awake

Tells the workspace not to put itself to sleep for DURATION (default 2h, at most 12h), for example while a long build runs in a terminal without input. Inside a workspace it writes the window itself; from elsewhere it runs a command in the workspace (so it needs permission to exec, and the workspace wakes). --off ends the window. The window ends with the IDE pod.
