List the organization's Git providers
Git providers the organization registered for its teams (1.6.1), ordered by id; the installation's providers (chart values) are not listed here. Secrets are never returned. Organization owners (`org.manage`); 403 for other members. `ref_suffix` completes a new provider's ref (`<id>-<ref_suffix>`), so the redirect URI `https://<console>/auth/git/<id>-<ref_suffix>/callback` is known before the provider is created.
